Any weak sections of my awards were filled out by the fall movie releases, especially the international films, again delivering great cinema. SpiderVerse still has a lot of nominations, but it’s been displaced as the winner across more than a few of the categories, showing the wider array of good films this year compared to the RRR/EEAAO dominant 2022.
